As The Occupant of the Office of the Accountable Authority for non-corporate Commonwealth Entities which is a “Commonwealth Public Official”, we have created the office of “Commonwealth Justice of the Peace”, This office is a “Corporation Sole” under common law, and is made as a Commonwealth Office by an act of Parliament and legislation – This Office has authority from Common Law and The Constitution. This Group will be activated when the time is right and C.J.P’s appointed. anyone wishing to be a C.J.P. will have to have a good knowledge of Common Law and The Constitution.
