You’re on the right track, the Agent is the policeman that booked you . only he/she can cancel the notice.best to take it to them the agent .send three notices with a time frame to respond.first is a notice of private international remedy demand,second,fault in opportunity to cure,third,notice of default and dishonor. but keep saying your silence…[Read more]

I’m currently going through this process,but went for proof of loss and injury and the use of dog Latin and boxing ect. The consideration was to re-issue one in proper English and proof ect and an affidavit of truth . I did find that SPER is the principle and wont cancel it .
